NMBA will be promoting and selling our members’ books and offering our popular NMBA Showcase Catalog at the 2022 New Mexico Library Association (NMLA) annual conference on 26 - 28 October in Albuquerque. For a modest fee, we will display and sell your titles.

What You Need to Provide
Here’s how to exhibit and sell your titles:
IMPORTANT!
Please note- This is only for current NMBA members, if you're not yet a member and you'd like to exhibit your titles at the NMLA annual conference you can register to be a member here or if you'd like to renew your membership you can do so by clicking here.
For members- if you submitted this title for the NMLA Conference and Mountains and Plains Independent Booksellers Fallcon last year, or for the Tucson Festival of the Book we may already have five copies of your book. Check the inventory list to find out, and only send copies if we don’t have your book or have fewer than five copies of it.
- Fee: $35 for the first title; $25 per title for additional titles. Payable by check or PayPal.
- Submit five (5) books for each title and ten (10) copies of each sell sheet: Each book must be listed on a sell sheet and sell sheets must comply with the “Sell Sheet Requirements” below.
- Send the Sell Sheets and Copies of Your Titles by October 14th to: New Mexico Book Association, Attn: October Book Show, 7 Avenida Vista Grande, B7-490, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87508

What You Get
- Your book featured in 2022-2023 NMBA Showcase Catalog, with your description and your art.
- NMBA staff, board, or volunteers will be at the event while the exhibit floor is open displaying your title and selling your books.
- All sales proceeds for your books go back to you. The Book Association will pay via check after the NMLA event.
Sell Sheet Requirements
Your sell sheets will be bound into the 2022-2023 NMBA Showcase Catalog that will be available at the shows.

- Need us to design your sell sheet for $75? Send us an email: [email protected]
- Sell sheets may be printed in color or black and white on 8 ½ x 11-inch paper using one or both sides, no heavier than 20 lb. bond, and with at least ¾-inch margins. Do not attach anything to the sell sheets.
- You must provide 10 copies of each sheet.
