Mari is a marketing and brand messaging professional living in Madrid, Spain. She has an unusual background that includes attending both Philosophy and Business Schools. She has been a non-profit Executive Director as well as an author publicist and coach.  Currently, she also owns Online Book Tours a company that offers virtual publicity tours and launch events for authors.  She also enjoys mentoring WOC entrepreneurs. 

For 5+ years, she was a partner at Artotems Co., a marketing firm focused on authors and non-profit organizations. She is a recipient of state and National Federation of Press Women's communication awards for short promotional videos (2015, 2017), e-newsletters, (2017) and was also awarded Best E-Book Trailer Awards in Dan Poynter's 2019 Global Ebook Awards.
