As you may have learned, this is a sold out event. We know things change and thus we urge you to let us know of any changes to your attendance status, as soon as possible. We will be happy to refund your payment and make room for members from the wait list to attend.
Dear confirmed guests, please pay below. For questions, email [email protected]. The New Mexico Book Association is celebrating 25 years! Members and "non-yet-members" are invited to the party hosted at the Wonder Institute, home of Linda Durham and Francois-Marie Patorni, to enjoy sparkling drinks and elegant hors d'oeuvres catered by Adobo. Highlights include a brief history of the book association as well as the Southwest Book Design Award winners! Members will also have a chance to elect board members.
What to expect: At the event you will learn about some of the history of the 25 years of NMBA and we will announce the winners of the Southwest Book Design Awards. Contestants, you may pick up your books here. Current NMBA Members will also have a chance to elect their board members. Members who are not present may vote via text and have received instructions for this. Parking: Since the party is in a residential area, we must be sensitive to parking, so we ask that you please seek out carpooling with other attendees. Food: We will have sparkling wines/water and savory platters catered by Adobo. This is not a full/sit-down dinner. Dress: Optional Santa Fe dressy. Since we Santa Feans don’t have many opportunities to dress up (other than the Opera) we invite you to take advantage of this event to have fun with your wardrobe. |
