To exhibit and potentially sell your books at the show, you must: 

• Be an NMBA Member. If you are not a current member: 
• Join NMBA. 
• ​Fill out the form “27 Tucson Submission Form”:​​
• ​A form must be filled out for each additional book. 
• Pay the Exhibitor Fee:
• $60.00 for the first title
• $20.00 for each additional title, up to a total of 5 titles; that is a maximum of $140.
• Payment can be made with Square: www.nmbookassociation.org/2026-tucson-payment.html
• Deliver book copies:
• 5 copies of each title you plan to show
• Note that if you exhibited books at one of our recent previous events, we may still have copies. 
• View our inventory to see if we have any copies already. 
• If we do, only send the number of copies that would bring us to 5 copies total. 
• Mail books to:
