NMBA HAS RESERVED A BOOTH AT ONE OF THE LARGEST BOOK SHOWS IN THE COUNTRY, THE TUCSON FESTIVAL OF BOOKS TAKING PLACE ON MARCH 15-16, 2025.
To exhibit and potentially sell your books at the show, you must: 
  • Be an NMBA Member. If you are not a current member:
  • ​Fill out the form “25 Tucson Submission Form”, including submission of your Electronic (PDF) “Sell Sheets”:​​
    • ​If you'd like for us to design your sell sheet for you at $75, please email us at [email protected]. 
    • The form also provides a web upload link for your Electronic (PDF) “Sell Sheets” for our online catalog. 
    • ​A form must be filled out for each additional book. 
  • Pay the Exhibitor Fee:
  • Deliver book copies:
    • 5 copies of each title you plan to show
    • Note that if you exhibited books at one of our recent previous events, we may still have copies.
      • View our inventory to see if we have any copies already.
      • If we do, only send the number of copies that would bring us to 5 copies total.

Sell Sheet Expectations
  • Sell Sheets should comply with these format requirements:
    • 8 ½ x 11-inch page size
    • PDF file format
    • Portrait orientation (preferred)
  • ​Additionally, Sell Sheets should include the following content about your book: 
    • Author's Name
    • Book Title
    • Cover image of book
    • ISBN
    • Price
    • Brief description
    • Brief author bio
    • Optional: Special show pricing or discount percentage
    • Optional: Any other information that can help sell the book.
