Once again, the New Mexico Book Association has the opportunity to display our members’ books at the New Mexico Writers Dinner on April 17, and at a catered breakfast reception for the Santa Fe International Literary Festival on May 16. This is a display opportunity, not a sales event, and the books displayed at these events will be donated afterwards. But last year’s displays garnered much favorable attention from both groups (which resulted in some sales), so we are delighted to be able to offer this opportunity again. Note that the number of titles on display is limited, so register promptly!

Here's How

1. PAY HERE or by check:
   1. $20 for the first title.
   2. $10 per additional title (maximum of three).

3. ​​Submit one (1) copy for each title: 
   1. If your books are already in our inventory, all you need to do is sign up on the registration page on our website. Each author can submit up to three titles. The cost is $20 for the first title and $10 apiece for the second and third. We will take it from there!
   2. If your books are not in our inventory, go to the registration page and sign up. Then mail one copy of each title to:​

The deadline for us to get your books is April 11.

This year we are referring anyone interested in purchasing your books to our online catalog. If the sell sheet for your title(s) is not in our online catalog, or if it is but there are changes, please either upload the PDF using the form below or email the new or revised sell sheet to Jordan Jones at [email protected].

Important Notes:

• The deadline for us to get your books is April 11.
• Last year, authors who had books on display were invited to the reception at the SF International Literary Festival. This year, because of space limitations, authors are invited to the breakfast ONLY if they are also a member of New Mexico Writers. Annual membership is only $30, and it’s a worthwhile association that supports NM writers through grants, so we strongly urge you to join.
• Participation is limited to the first 45 titles registered by NMBA members.
• If you’re not yet a member and would like to exhibit your book, you can register to be a member here or if you'd like to renew your membership you can do so by clicking here.
• If you plan to be at the Writers' Dinner, please help us out afterwards by helping to pack and load the books.
