All workshops will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation (Church) of Santa Fe, 107 West Barcelona, 6:30 to 8PM. $15 NMBA members, $20 Non-members, pay at the door.
October 15: Elizabeth Trupin-Pulli, Jet Literary, will give an agent’s view of what is going on in the book world these days. She will discuss the business of publishing and demystify the role of agents, followed by a Q/A. Her presentation will make it clear to writers what the industry’s huge consolidation means for them and their books.
October 28: Lisa Dale Norton, author of Shimmering Images, will speak about memoir writing.
November 12: Robin Cutler, account representative for IngramSpark, will show publishers how they can produce both print and digital content with ease using IngramSpark and their worldwide distribution.
